A spa in an old flour mill.
Since 2019 in the North Loop: six treatment rooms, warm pools and a lounge nobody hurries you out of.
Our story
It began with one tired winter.
Elise Marchetti spent fifteen years as a massage therapist in hotel spas where every guest had fifty minutes and a timer. In 2019 she took the ground floor of a disused flour mill by the Mississippi and built the spa she wanted to work in: fewer rooms, longer treatments, and a lounge where you can stay until close.
Today twenty two therapists work here, most of them for five years or more. The mill’s brick and beams are still there. So is the rule from the first day: nobody is rushed.

Three things we will not change.
They are on the wall behind the front desk, and every new therapist signs them.
Your first visitNo one is rushed
Every treatment slot has fifteen quiet minutes on either side, so you never pass the next guest in the corridor.
Real ingredients
Cold pressed oils, Lake Superior salt and Japanese cypress. Nothing we would not put on our own skin.
Honest prices
The price on the menu is the price you pay. No upsells in the room, no surprise service charge.
“I wanted a place where the hour after the treatment matters as much as the treatment.”
