The building opens at 7 am on weekdays and 8 am at weekends; last treatments start at 8:30 pm.

Heat is not for everyone. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or high blood pressure, take medication that affects circulation, or have had alcohol, please skip the sauna and steam room and ask your doctor before you visit.
